Our cuisine is traditional, based on simple, genuine ingredients which we can always bring fresh to your table.

The recipes are those handed down from generation to generation and are those that deliberately bring the flavours of the past back to the table, sometimes re-imagined by revisiting ancient recipes to enhance and delight our guests' tastebuds.
